H.265 NVENC 2 pass encoding under Windows

Hello,my question are:

a., is any way activate H.265 NVENC 2-pass encoding under Windows... or will in plan in future versions of Handbrake?

b., there are some Encoder Presets for NVENC (High Quality, High Performance, Fast, Medium, Slow, Default). Is anywhere documentation about parameters for those presets? Difference between High Quality, Slow, Default for example...

No, NVENC is for realtime applications, so there's no 2 pass option.

Not really, nVidia makes it a black box.
