Email or text alert notifications

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to have an alert sent to my iPhone after a video has been converted so that I know when it's done?

Use the "after encode is complete" option to call the program of your choice that can send an email or text.

Sorry for my ignorance! I don't see it in the preferences I only see it in the main window but it's greyed out and I am unable to select anything there have a look at the screenshot here. https://prnt.sc/vl3e1l

That's an audio setting, nothing to do with the post-encode preference.

OK you're really not answering the question here send some screenshots or some more descriptive directions as the audio settings have nothing to do about notifying me when the processing is done.

The audio settings have nothing to do about notifying you when the processing is done. You need to use the application setting for an external program to call when done.

OK so it looks like the application cannot send a text message or an email only a system alert which means you have to be in front of your computer.

You can have it call any external program you want, including one that you choose that can send emails or text messages.

Yes I get that the only problem is if I send it to Apple mail, it wouldn't know to send it to mye mail or if I send it to my text messaging program it would never know what number to use to send me a text message.
