Encoding while keeping embedded timecode.

Post by Grahamq »

Hi All,

I've tried the FAQs and hours searching but I cnanot find an answer to this:

I have a number of MOVs with timecode embedded by the recording hardware, i need to deinterlace the files while compressing them, handbrake works great but ends up stripping the timecode out of the file, is there any way to keep it in there?

Cheers

GQ~

Not with HandBrake, nope. It's somewhere near the bottom of my TO-DO list.

Hello Handbrake Team! I just encountered the same timecode issue as the previous user in this subject thread, and was wondering if there is a way to keep the embedded timecode after putting a file through Handbrake.
