Suggestions
here are some suggestions regarding:
1) Bitrate and mixing (AUDIO).
When opening the video source the bitrate must be identical to the source as well as the mix
because currently the bitrate is 160 by default and the mix is Stereo by default.
2) IPS framerate
a framerate "identical to the source" is preferable when loading the source.
currently it is 30 or 25 for General presets.
this modification could be validated in the preferences.

If you're keeping the source bitrate, there's no reason to reencode the audio. If you're changing audio codecs, there's no point in matching bitrates.

As has already been explained to you, this is not a good idea. Handbrake's defaults are not going to be changed in this way.

I think I'm misunderstanding
for my part I very often re-encode the audio in 'AAC avcodec'
with the source bitrate and the source mix.
and I am forced to look for these settings with Mediainfo.
would be for me (an improvement)
