Wrong output conversion.

Sorry but my English is very basic. I try to convert to .mov 16:9 file to mp4 of course and since I get the preview the format is like square, being that 30 previous clips it did well and once it does that even though I close it I open it and it does the same.




I did 30 video clips well and when I get that error, neither restarting the MacPro stops doing it nor reinstalling the program
