When converting mkv dvdrips made with MakeMKV it seems that handbrake always defaults to having the Aac (Converted to stereo, Dolby Pro Logic or whatever) track first and then the AC3 passthru as number 2.
I use Infuse for playback on my Apple TV and it seems to select the stereo track as default. There might be ways to change this behavior but I haven’t found it yet.
I can change the order in handbrake, but that doesn’t seem to be stored with the handbrake preset so I have to re-change if for every new file.
Anyway I can make it stick to the preset?
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.3, but issue has been there for as many versions as I can remember
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Catalina (but issue has been there for years)
HandBrake Activity Log ***required*** (see How-to get an activity log)
Code: Select all
I’m not at my computer, but since this is a generic behavior (so it would seem?) I don’t think a log will make a difference
