Size subtitles

Description of problem or question:
IS it possible to resize the subtitles? When playing on the television, after encoding, i find that my subtitles are to big.
Or is this an preset error that i make?

I have somewhat the same question. What I do is to open the srt files in SubtitleEdit, and then go to options, and then to SSA, where you can set the size and color you wish, and then save the file as an SSA. This becomes the subtitle import for Handbrake. It works pretty well for me.

As mentioned above, this has to be done with an external program; handbrake itself does not "expose" the settings for rendering text subtitles, and SRT subtitles do not have that as part of the "spec". Conversion to SSA allows you to apply font controls to the subtitles.
