Description of problem or question:
Handbrake nigtly (especially installed nightly since i read it should have less bugs than the latest "stable" version) crashes with "# Job Failed (4)" after a while (not always the same time - sometimes after ~13 min, sometimes after ~70min - completely random...) if i use NVIDIA NVENC to convert a x264-file (can only test it with .mkv atm) to a x265 .mkv to save some discspace.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Trying to convert something to x265 using NVENC on my 1070ti
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
HandBrake Nightly 20200630202524-c3e2d6b5d-master (2020063001)
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Microsoft Windows NT 6.2.9200.0

Still getting "Error #4" - does nobody have a solution for this problem?

Re: NVENC x264 -> x265 crash "# Job Failed (4)"
Does it crash if you use the software x265 encoder? It is helpful to isolate what part is broken.
Re: NVENC x264 -> x265 crash "# Job Failed (4)"
hey thx 4 your reply. it also crashed, when i was using x265 software.
but it seems that i found out what was wrong: looks like my overclock was just to high.

Re: NVENC x264 -> x265 crash "# Job Failed (4)"
Ah, overclocking and handbrake will draw out the weaknesses in the hardware better than "stress tests" that never seem to stress the hardware as much as they say they will.
