When I try to encode h265 QS with handbrake, 99% of the times it encodes normally and then just hangs (it's still running, but not encoding and elapsed counter still goes on)
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Tried downloading the Nighty, same issues, tried different files, updated gpu drivers, still the same result
