Videos showing as 'ineligable'

Post by Tania K »

Description of problem or question:
All of a sudden some of the videos that I export from Imovie are showing as 'ineligible' when going to choose them as a source. It will work on the file but stop before the video is done.

Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
I've tried to re-export the videos from Imovie, I've re-downloaded handbrake, and tried re-ripping these videos. Not sure what else to try!

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.2

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Catalina 10.15.4
