Best settings for slide show.

Hi to all. I'm trying to understand which are the best settings to re-compress a slide show. The origin is a mpeg 4 file with two hours of Powerpoint presentation at 1280x720 with about 120 frames and in a corner a little box (160x90) with the speaker. Now the file is about 1,5GB, and I really hope to reduce the size of this file (I will have other 9 files of same type), without losing to much details.
I've just done two tries, reducing file to about 150MB, but quality was significantly lower then the original. Did someone any try about this?

I can send last encode log, because I've trashed the activity logs in the output folder I can't find the "EncodeLogs" folder (see screenshot).
But I asked generally for other people that had experience compressing this kind of movie, it's not a real support request...
With the last try, I used "stillimage" medium preset with RF21, and I get an acceptable quality with 185MB file. Can I get something better? Is it worth to use higher quality preset (slow, ecc...) or lower RF? Can I get a smaller file with similar quality?

Hi, i gonna use this thread instead creating a new one. In these times its necessary to keep the online lectures small as possible, because there are so many of them when you study.
This is my first try and my 2 hours media was compressed to 170MB. I bet there is more to configure, buts thats ok. Just copy the code to editor and safe as .json file. Convert time: ~17mins

Go ahead an post the .json file for the best results. All of you know it better, but dont help at all this guy. So i post my solution that works great, even when there is [Censored] in it. But i try to help at least.

You can probably reduce your source file size further by removing any fades, transitions, or motion graphics.
