Description of problem or question:
Using 1.3.1. I have some videos from a security camera system that I would like to burn onto a video DVD. Those files do not open in Movie Studio (missing codec); but I also can't open them in HandBrake (which is what the Movie Studio guys recommended).
HandBrake tells me "no valid source or titles found", followed by a list of possible reasons. Please see the activity log below.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
Opening several files from the same video security system always results in the same error.
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
1.3.1
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 8.1.

I would really appreciate any help you can provide. I want to turn these files into something that Movie Studio can open, with which I then can create a video DVD for playback on any kind of DVD player.
Thank you,
Erik
