anyway to speedup video playing time ?

hi I wanted to speed up my video time
its 40 min and I want to speed up 1.3 time
what should I do?

You cannot do this with HandBrake.

You "could" do an exact double of your frame rate, at 1/2 the duration, but anything else would be chopped salad.
