No Target size option.

Want to convert to 4.3 GB DVD Size, but there is no target size option.
What can i do?

Use an online bitrate calculator.

Desired bitrate of your video, bitrate of your audio and length of video will be needed, plus anything else you want to put in your file.

On RF CQ, i also cannot set bitrate in KBPS.

RF CQ cannot predict file size, because it does not make a scan pass. Make sense?

Note also that, if your intention is to author a DVD for playback in a DVD player, that's not going to work too well.

There are MKV H264 1080p supported stand alone Blu-Ray disc players.

I'm still using 0.9.5 because of this lack of target size in more recent versions. It needn't be terribly accurate but is very helpful say when ripping a bluray you can set to 900M and get a file under 1G instead of a 3-5 gig file much easier than trying to monkey around with a bunch of settings.
