Convert video 1920x960 to 1920x1080
I have a video I want to burn to Blu Ray. However I need the video to be 1920x1080 and it is currently 1920x960.
Can Handbrake convert it to 1920x1080? I've tried some settings which haven't worked.
Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):
HandBrake version 1.2.2:
Operating system and version (Windows 10):
Convert 1920x960 to 1920x1080

Try the CLI, I think it has a 'pad' setting you could use.
