I have screen shots in .jpg format of the summary and video tabs, but can't see where to attach them
Description of problem or question:
1) In the Summary tab the Format box shows MP4, but the Save As line at the bottom shows .m4v and the output is a file with .m4v extension.
Where I change the output to MP4 format?
2) I am trying to convert some .MP4 and some .ts format files located on my computer. All were recorded from TV broadcasts in .ts format. Some years ago I used another video converter to format the older .ts files to MP4 - generally this reduced the ~1.2GB (30minute) files to ~800MB.
When I run Handbrake and input the .ts (30 min) files it reduces them to 250-400MB size, but when I input the old MP4 files it does not reduce their size.
How can I reduce the size of these MP4 files?
