Encoding Blu-Ray

Description of problem or question:
I'm looking to encode some programs off of BluRay, but would like to adjust the settings so that the completed files are close to the size of my DVD encodes. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Mac Mojave 10.14.5

Upgrade to a modern release, pick a reasonable preset, and turn the quality way down (RF into the high 20s).
