Delete Custom Presets please

Post by handbraking »

Description of problem or question:
Ive added custom presets and Handbrake doesnt like! {Latest version]. Each time i click on one of the ones i created, the little ball begins to spin, then seconds later the crash. Ive repeatedly crashed program, deleted it off the Windows 10 compu this is happening on, restarted after deletes & reinstall from Handbrake site, 6 0r 7 times. The custom presets keep showin up again & again after program deletes and reinstalls. All other Handbrake functions ok as long as i dont select a custom preset! Im asking for a general piece of tech knowledge: On a Windows 10 comtooter, what is the path, exactly, to get to wherever the stored file/data is at that holds the Custom preset info that is surviving thru each program deletion and reinstall that Im doing. If someone can tell me how to get to wherever the file is then Ill just delete it myself, so i can have a truly clean version to start with. Thanks for any help!

BTW, i have no such file that looks like these:

Delete your HandBrake configuration data and presets (replace username with your own)

C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HandBrake
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\HandBrake

However, under default.migrated, i have appData, which leads to just several empty folders.
