Latest version does not open DVD structure

Description of problem or question:

Opening an unencrypted DVD structure using video_ts.ifo fails as unrecognised format, worked in previous version.



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):

Open a DVD.



HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.2.2


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Win 10 19H1

Use ‘Open Folder’ then select the root folder ‘Black Adder 1’.
