Description of problem or question:
Handbrake is performing 2-pass encoding when CFR is selected in the preset. How do I turn this off since it should not be needed with CFR?
HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Nightly 20190111215932-217e9bb-master
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
Windows 10 Pro

1 Pass for a subtitle scan, 1 pass for video. (It wasn't a 2-pass encode).
You can turn off the foreign audio scan via the subtitle tab and it's configuration pane since it' didn't do anything anyway.

Also you say CFR (constant framerate) but you appear to mean CRF (constant rate factor).

Thank you for the help! I didn't realize the first pass was for the foreign audio scan. I keep this on in the event that there is foreign language in the film where there is no hardcoded subtitle. I don't generally keep any subtitles in my videos.
