limited encoding time

Description of problem or question:

I have a DVD that runs about 32 minutes play time.
I am using 1.2.0 HandBrake, it only encoding 16 minute 13 second and does not encoding fully.
I tried several DVDs but all does have same issues


Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):




HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):

1.2.0


Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

Rip with a DVD ripper like MakeMKV, then use HB if you need further processing.

Handbrake itself does not limit the output size.

Without the logs, we cannot say much, other than they probably show read errors. A program designed to be used for ripping will tell you about them; handbrake assumes that the video has come to an end, and finalizes the output.
