In the past I believe I used Handbrake to get video with multiple subtitles options. I am not able to do this with the current build.
I do not want the subtitle burned in- I would like to simply be able to use apple tv, roku, or VLC on playback to select from 1 or more subtitle tracks.

Select soft subtitles option adn select multiple tracks -

No log = no way to help.
General advice: Make sure your destination container is compatible with the type of subtitles you have. If it's MP4, the answer is probably no.
