Description of problem or question:
I have a long video of 1:14 hours that I keep trying to put into Handbrake to compress but I get the same message saying it cannot. "No valid source or titles found." What else can I do? I restarted my computer, etc.

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

How, or what, are you trying to load (not upload) in?
This doesn't appear to be correct:

Code: Select all

hb_scan: path=C:\Users\tyra\Documents\Camtasia Studio\Mod 4 part two , title_index=0
This part:
C:\Users\tyra\Documents\Camtasia Studio\Mod 4 part two
should be your input file. It doesn't appear to be.

HandBrake will not open Camtasia Studio files directly. You will need to export a video file for opening in HandBrake. A Google search reveals some versions of your software have a "Produce and share" menu you can use to export video files.

I'm not sure exactly what formats Camtasia Studio can create; you'll need to research this yourself and possible contact the manufacturer for support. HandBrake can open MP4, MOV, AVI, and many other formats. Ideally you will want to choose the very high quality settings if you plan to recompress using HandBrake later.
