The procedure entry point nextafterf could not be located in the dynamic link library MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll



i cant open handbrake

This is an error coming from your system, not HandBrake. It's indicating that you have a missing or corrupted file on your system that is required by many applications to run.

You could try running the .NET framework 4.7 installer to see if that helps, failing that, try using the system file checker in windows. (Plenty of guides to do this online)
