I'm trying to batch convert a folder full of mts files to mp4. 688 files for about 131 GB total. After selecting the folder, Handbrake scans the files and then nothing happens. Is batch just not an option with a bunch of mts files?
I have the log file but it's pretty long.
Limit to Source folder size for batching?
Re: Limit to Source folder size for batching?
After it scanned the folder, did you select anything to be processed?
The GUI does not do ALL the work. You have to select what you want to process, the rules under which it will be processed (i.e., use a preset), then tell it to start processing.
There are scripts available for the command line interface to "load a folder and start encoding", but those are third-party tools.
