Help - Can't install HandBrake

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
I've download handbrake 1.0.7
When I try to install it windows says: "impossible to execute this app in your PC".

I've Windows 10 PRO 64bit
My sistem is:
CPU: i7-7700 3.60Ghz
RAM: 16 Gb
mobo: Z270 PRO4
GPU: GeForce GTX 1070 armor msi

What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
When I try to install it windows says: "impossible to execute this app on my PC".

What version of HandBrake you are running:
I've download handbrake 1.0.7

What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Windows 10 PRO 64bit

Where did you download HandBrake from? handbrake.fr or somewhere else?

What is the EXACT error message you are receiving? Doing a google search for "impossible to execute this app in your PC" comes up with no matches.

Even if your system isn't set for English, it is easier to find matches for the actual text you are seeing than using an approximate translation.

And yes, using Google or some other search engine is how to figure out what particular thing on your computer is preventing installation.
