[Fixed] Settings File Causing Handbrake to Crash

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
Handbrake errors can't load settings file, then deletes settings when clicking "close". HB will start after settings file is deleted, but errors again on restart if you change any settings. Only way to run is to not make any settings. I've tried several setting so it doesn't appear to be any one setting which is causing the error

What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
Start HB, errors and deletes settings file
Click Close
Restart HB, change settings
Close HB
Restart HB errors again

What version of HandBrake you are running:
HandBrake Nightly 20170107202407-0c34c5f-master (2017010801) - 64bit

However, the downloaded file HandBrake-20170108-3e3218d_x86_64-Win_GUI.exe

What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Windows 10 Pro, Build 14393.576

Can you please re-run those steps, but before you open HandBrake, grab that settings file listed in the error details, and post it here via pastbin please.

I'd be curious to see what's in that file.

An error like this once, isn't much cause for concern, it may mean that the format has changed. If it's repeatable, somethings bust.

Here are the different settings files and the steps which I can duplicate and cause Handbrake to crash every time. I've found not all settings changes will make it crash, but the "Do nothing" will definitely cause it to crash every time for me.

Right after placing a check next the setting "Reset to "Do nothing" when the app is re-launched" and exiting HandBrake
