Error specifying destination

Please describe the problem in as much detail as possible:
With a value in the destination field already ( file in root of drive), clicked on Browse field to specify a new destination
What are the steps to reproduce this problem:
as specified above
What version of HandBrake you are running:
0.10.2.7286 - 64bit
What operating system and version and you running (e.g. OSX 10.11, Windows 7, Ubuntu 14):
Win 7.1 Prof - SP1 - 64bit

Try uninstalling Silverlight?
