QSV Quality
Hi, does an Intel HD 4600 and 4400 produce the same quality? And how much difference would be in speed in encoding with handbrake?

Quality is the same. No difference in speed.

Are you sure with the Speed? The graphics card is slower

It's dedicated hardware. So the number and speed of the EU blocks in the GPU don't matter much
