Queue When Done State

I think there may be a bug in maintaining the "When Done" state for the queue. I had it on "Shutdown". I just set it to "Do Nothing" and transcoded a title. After it was finished, Handbrake still attempted to shutdown.

Actually, I hit "Stop" before the encoding was finished, and Handbrake immediately attempted to shutdown. I don't know if that makes a difference.
