With the old version (0.9.8), when you click the Browse button, it will auto-select the container type to match the container already selected. With 0.9.9., the default is always .mp4. So, you aren't care and remember to always set the container when choosing a file, it will change the container type on you. This is error-prone when you are transcoding hundreds of titles. Could this please be changed?
