Stopped batch encoding

Suddenly my Handbrake stopped letting me add another file to be encoded. Also, I now cannot do a folder I have uninstalled and tried to clean install but it did not help. Any help would be appreciated.
This is what I see when I try this

This is a great program. Don't know what I would do without it
