0.99 flv speex audio codec not recognised

On windows 64 bit using the latest 0.99 build, attempting to convert flv to mp4, HB is not recognising the speex audio stream in the flv -

I'm not sure if this is a new problem or not, as prior to this all the flv's I attempted to convert were using the nellymoser codec, which handbreak does still recognise.
