2 interface boxes open at launch of program.

Hi, just installed Handbrake on Windows XP system. When I launch it, the Handbrake interface opens. At the same time, a small window, titled READ DVD, also opens: "select DVD Source, withe the same DVD and ISO choices and Browse and Close buttons from the Handbrake interface. I have ignored it since this is information I already entered in the Handbrake interface. What is this? Thanks.

Tools > Options

Turn it off. It's an old feature now that was mainly there for consistency with the mac port. Some people liked it. Not really needed though and no longer in the upcoming version.
