Ripping TV Shows

Post by sovanbu »

Hey, I have a few season of TV Shows I want to rip. Handbreak automatically selects the longest episode. Is there a quicker way to rip all of the episodes on the disc aside from queueing up every single episode individually?

Not sure if I'm missing an already existing feature.

Thank you!

if you can find and set up the batch rip actions for automator, then that's easier as it uses the handbrake cli and you can build your own workflow to automate the whole process. but if you only have a couple of tv shows, then doing them manually through the handbrake gui queue is likely quicker.

The current Mac version has an "Add All Titles To Queue..." entry on the file menu. As long as you have the auto-naming option set in preferences so you don't overwrite the output this can save some time.
