I have been using subler for years to add information and art work to my movies on iTunes. Now all of sudden any new artwork I add seems to save fine in subler but does not show up in iTunes? Anybody else having this issues. I searched the forum but could not find anything.
Using an iMac running 10.7.4, 3.06 core 2 duo, 4 gb memory......

Subler/iTunes has been working fine for me. What version of Subler are you using? Have you done a "Get Info" on the iTunes file and see if the artwork actually there?
