Hello,
Since handbrake can't directly encode blu-rays subtitles, I convert them to .srt with some other tools.
The problem is that all style markers (i.e. <i> for italic ...) disappear when the movie is encoded.
So could it be possible to correct this annoying bug ?

The nightly builds do support Blu-ray subtitles. The nightlies themselves are stable, but the Windows GUI isn't quite as stable right now.
