General rip time for a two hour movie is about 3.5-4.5 hours 2-Pass. (obviously if you multiply the seconds by FPS...)
Also, I generally surf the internet, listen to tunes and do some programming while encoding, so the average might be slightly higher if the machine was completely devote.
