That sounds a bit slow given your machine, especially as it's significantly overclocked. Did you leave decomb and detelecine enabled (they are in the High Profile preset)? They're safe to disable for 1080p Blu-ray sources (you can leave them enabled for DVD).

Yes, They are set to default, thanks for the information. Will i need to re-encode my collection with those filters turned off?

No need to re-encode, no. These filters shouldn't affect progressive material, but the analysis will hurt encoding speed.
