HandBrake

Hello i am Arder from Denmark!

I would like to know which program is best for ripping dvd's to the iPod (mp4) format? MediaFork or HandBrake?

I have HandBrake now, but when i rip it and use my av-cable to see the movies on my tv the quality is very bad. How should the settings be if i need to see the films on tv?

You'll set the size to 640x480 if you're trying to maximize the quality of videos output to your TV set (from your iPod).
