iTunes won't recognise MP4 made with appleTV preset with AC3

Yesterday I was very delighted to see AC3 support for appleTV. So I immediatelly encoded one of my DVDs with HB 0.9.2 with new preset. Unfortunatelly iTunes won't recognise this new MP4 file (though gspot shows all tracks and media player classic and VLC play it ok). I tried this on Windows machine and my Leopard MacBook.

I selected appleTV preset, then changed:
- picture: selected anamorphic, auto crop
- video: 2 pass with turbo, bitrate 2000kbps, no 64bit support
- audio: AAC+AC3, track1 English 5.1, mix auto, track 2 none, 96kbps, 48kHz, subtitles hardcoded
- chapters: enabled
Didn't touch advanced settings.

I also tried only AC3 audio in MP4 without success.

Anyone any ideas?

You need to change the file extension to .m4v

Thanks! Now it works.
How stupid of me not to think about it. :)
