Best deinterlace settings for PAL 576i?

What are the best settings to convert 576i in PAL DVDs to 576p? Deinterlace or decomb? What mode of either? What framerate to use?

Decomb = Default has never been beat in my head-to-head tests, except by much slower algorithms, possibly EEDI2.
