Format 2160 remux to iPad

Description of problem or question:
I’m trying to format a 2160 remux to iPad. When I do this the picture is hazy. Is there a way to fix this or will that size file not format for iPad setting? Thank you.

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):
Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
