Windows Media Player and chapter markers

Description of problem or question:
When outputting a MP4 file with Video Codec H.264 and chapter markers enabled, Windows Media Player fails to read the chapter markers. Please note other video players, such as QT and VLC do read the chapter markers. Curious if this is a limitation of WMP (information seems scant on this around the web) or if there is another setting(s) I need to change within Handbrake to enable chapter markers for WMP.

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):
