Formatting Blu-ray rip to compressed size

Description of problem or question:

I am looking to format some of my
Blu-ray rips that I used makemkv to rip and compress the video file from say 15 gig to less than 4 I order to transfer the compressed file to a flash drive and play on my tv. Would anyone be able to tell me which settings to use in order to do this?



Steps to reproduce the problem (If Applicable):




HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0):




Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update):

I would start with the HQ 1080p30 Surround preset and lower the quality a bit to reach a suitable approximate size, see https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/1.2.0/work ... ality.html

You might also see if your TV supports either NTFS or ExFAT format for flash drives, to remove the "under 4GB" size limit imposed by FAT32 format on the flash drive.
