Description of problem or question: I tried to create a preset. the problem is that resolution doesn't seem to be saved so when i select my custom preset the resolution doesn't change

HandBrake version (e.g., 1.0.0): 1.1.1

Operating system and version (e.g., Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, macOS 10.13 High Sierra, Windows 10 Creators Update): Windows 7

The resolution in the preset will be the maximum size. If the source is smaller than that, you should see no changes.

We would need to see the preset itself to know if the resolution was saved (that is optional when you create the preset). Export it and post the json output, please.
