how do you make widescreen movies fit all the entire face of the iPod???

You can:

A-Crop the movies. See the Movies tutorial listed in my Signature and go to step 13.

B-Set the iPod to full screen and it will crop "on the fly".

Either way, you are gong to lose some of the move on the screen.
