It would seem https://discussions.apple.com/thread/73 ... 0&tstart=0 that ATV4 requires that Chapters be given a language (in my case English) in order to be displayed. I suppose this is to support Chapter titles in multiple languages.
Is this something Handbrake should be doing? (It can easily be fixed post-factum in Subler).

In that bold underlined link on a pink background at the top of the page where it says "Must Read: How To Get Questions Answered on These Forums" you couldn't possibly have missed where it says "Try Searching the Forum".
