iPad and iPhone stream to ATV4

Which preset would be best to use for an iPad Air or iPhone 6s when streaming to an Apple TV4?

Normally I would use the ATV3 preset when streaming from my Mac to an ATV4... but what about when streaming from these iOS devices to the Apple TV4? - Can these devices handle streaming those larger files when they are the source and the Apple TV3 is the output device?

I know I could just use the iPad preset for the iPad or iPhone... but will that look as good when streamed from these iOS devices to the ATV4?

I don't care about file size - just want the best picture possible.

One more - why does the ATV3 Preset have Fast Decomb on by default? - Do DVD's released in the last few years require that decomb be on? - why isn't it on for the ATV2 preset as well?

ATV3 preset if you want AC3 5.1 audio, iPad preset otherwise.
