I've been working on getting videos converted for my daughter's Innotab 2S, and I thought I should share the settings that I've come up and save the next person some time. Files must be placed in the folder
\LLN\MOVIE, you can't just put them in the root of the card. Putting a blank card in the device and running the video app will create the directories. You can place videos inside further sub-directories to keep them organized, but it will just show everything as a flat list on the Innotab. I also suggest using the write protect slider, as the video player has a button to erase files on it.
Files need to be AVI format, so I'm using HandBrake 0.9.3 for this.

Encoding: XVID (Manual says H.264 but it has not worked for me)

Resolution 320x240 (or 480x272 if widescreen)
